Umang Tekriwal, one of the founder partners enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1990 and Obtained Master Degree in Business Administration holding Certificate of MBA awarded by the Southern Adventist University, Tennessee. He has more than twenty five years of rich professional experience of which Fifteen (15) years was in the corporate sector where he held managerial position. He started practice of Chartered Accountancy under the name of Umang Tekriwal & Co. He has wide range of knowledge and experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Audits, Service Tax Matters, Income Tax Consultancy, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing issues, External Commercial Borrowings and Investment banking.

CA. Amar V Ramgadia

Amar Ramgadia joined the firm after completing his CA Finals and since then continuously serving our clients. He has also secured DIRM from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also successfully completed the Certificate course of Concurrent Audit of Banks. In successful years of Practicing Profession, He has wide range of knowledge and experience in the field of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Income Tax Matters, representation before competent authorities and Consultancy.

CA. Anil Kumar Dalan

Anil kumar Dalan enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Year 1997. His areas of expertise are in Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Tax Planning, Management Consultancy and Due Diligence Reviews.

Office is situated at the Central Part of Surat, i.e., at 8007, World Trade Centre Near Udhana Darwaja,Ring Road, which is adjacent to Textile Market, Diamond Industries and Railway Station.
